Important Buyer Information

  • Your Carperks certificate qualifies you for the program and is issued to you by email within minutes. Print the certificate. Certificates have a 30-day expiration date.
    You may get 3 certificates every 30 days.
  • Your Authorized Dealer Representative, who simultaneously receives your information, will contact you within 24 hours by email or telephone to assist with your purchase. When you are ready to buy your vehicle, take your Carperks certificate to either the Authorized Dealer Rep or the Internet Sales Manager. The dealership and the dealer rep information should appear on your certificate.
  • Be sure to speak with either the Authorized Dealer Rep or the Internet Sales Manager. They have your information and are ready to work with you. Remember - See the Authorized Dealer Rep or the Internet Sales Manager. Floor sales personnel cannot provide you with Carperks pre-negotiated discount pricing.
  • Please note that in very unusual situations, discount pricing may not be available in specific vehicle makes and models with some dealers. Please contact Carperks for help.
  • Our Pre-owned Extended Dealer Network program does not use a Carperks certificate or discount, but it allows you unlimited access to more that 2.9 million vehicles. Your interest in cars at different dealerships will mean that more than one dealer will contact you. However, you'll get fantastically low internet pricing... well below the Mfg. Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
